REAL WORLD PROJECT

Business Website

YOU2GROW, led by Simone Steigberger, focuses on empowering individuals and teams for sustainable growth, particularly in sales.

Competitor Research

Moodboard

To create the moodboard, I analyzed a variety of competitor websites and promotional materials. While many of them were professionally designed, they often looked quite similar in terms of structure, color palette, and imagery. This exercise helped identify common visual patterns in the industry, but also highlighted the opportunity to differentiate through a more distinctive design approach.
Cohesive Design System

Styleguide

To ensure the brand stands out from visually similar competitors, I deliberately chose a color scheme that feels more unique and modern, while still maintaining a professional appearance. Instead of using the typical cool-toned business colors, the selected palette is more expressive and engaging, helping to convey trust and originality. The styleguide defines key design elements such as brand colors, typography, and layout principles, serving as a foundation for consistent and impactful visual communication.
Unique Proposition > Unique Design

USP

Before starting the design process, it is crucial to deeply understand the brand and its unique selling proposition (USP). For YOU2GROW, the USP is rooted in Simone Steigberger’s 20+ years of experience, her highly personalized and practical coaching style, and the focus on emotional intelligence and empathic communication. This combination ensures sustainable growth and directly applicable success for sales teams and leadership. Recognizing these core elements helped shape the logo’s design to visually express both personal and professional development. By carefully analyzing the brand’s strengths and tailored offerings, the design can truly capture the essence of YOU2GROW and effectively communicate its promise to clients.
Healthy growth

The Logo

When designing the YOU2GROW logo, I wanted it to visually express both personal development and professional achievement.
The “Y” is stylized to resemble a human figure in a yoga pose — symbolizing balance, self-awareness, and inner growth.
This highlights the foundation of leadership and success: strength from within.
Meanwhile, the zig-zag arrow integrated into the “W” stands for dynamic growth and rising performance —
echoing concepts of business scaling, leadership, and thriving sales.

Typography

Choosing Open Sauce for headings and Poppins for body text was a deliberate and effective choice for you2grow.com. Open Sauce brings a modern, confident, and slightly distinctive character to the headings

— ideal for capturing attention and reflecting leadership and professionalism. Poppins, with its clean and geometric structure, ensures excellent readability and a friendly, approachable tone in longer texts.

Open Sauce Sans

is a geometric sans-serif typeface. Its forms are based on perfect circles and squares, giving it a very modern, clean, and somewhat playful yet structured appearance. I used it for the headings.

Poppins

Poppins was the choice for body text because it’s a geometric sans-serif typeface. Its clear, open letterforms and balanced proportions contribute to high readability, even in smaller sizes.

mobile first

Responsive Design

In today’s digital landscape, mobile design is essential. A strong brand identity must translate seamlessly across all devices, especially smartphones. For YOU2GROW, the logo and visual elements were crafted to remain clear, recognizable, and impactful even on small screens — ensuring a consistent and professional appearance at every touchpoint.

Personas

Defining clear personas is also a key part of the design process. Personas represent the different types of clients the brand wants to reach — their goals, challenges, values, and expectations. By understanding these profiles in detail, the design can be tailored to resonate emotionally and visually with the target audience.
