Background
YOU2GROW, founded by Simone Steigberger, is a premium coaching and consulting boutique dedicated to unlocking the full potential of sales teams, leaders, and individuals. With a focus on emotional intelligence, empathetic communication, and a positive growth mindset, we provide tailor-made solutions in sales coaching, new leadership, and team development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between individual strengths and professional excellence to ensure long-term, sustainable success in a dynamic business world.
Moodboard
To create the moodboard, I analyzed a variety of competitor websites and promotional materials. While many of them were professionally designed, they often looked quite similar in terms of structure, color palette, and imagery. This exercise helped identify common visual patterns in the industry, but also highlighted the opportunity to differentiate through a more distinctive design approach.
Styleguide
To ensure the brand stands out from visually similar competitors, I deliberately chose a color scheme that feels more unique and modern, while still maintaining a professional appearance. Instead of using the typical cool-toned business colors, the selected palette is more expressive and engaging, helping to convey trust and originality. The styleguide defines key design elements such as brand colors, typography, and layout principles, serving as a foundation for consistent and impactful visual communication.

Bio
Sarah is a high-performing Sales Executive with over seven years of experience in the tech industry. She is highly skilled in closing complex deals and managing high-value accounts, but she is currently facing a new challenge: The transition from individual contributor to leadership. While she excels at technical sales, she wants to refine her empathetic communication and emotional intelligence to lead her future team with confidence. Sarah knows that traditional sales methods are evolving, and she is looking for a mentor to help her navigate the “New Leadership” landscape while maintaining her top-tier sales performance. She feels overwhelmed by the pressure of hybrid team dynamics and is seeking a growth mindset that balances professional results with personal well-being.
Frustrations and Motivations
Painpoints
The “Plateau” Effect: Sarah feels that her professional growth has stalled despite her high sales numbers; she lacks the specialized leadership tools to move to the next level of her career.
Disconnect in Hybrid Teams: She struggles with the lack of “human touch” in a digital-first environment and finds it difficult to build deep, empathetic connections with her colleagues solely through a screen.
Performance vs. Well-being: She is frustrated by the “always-on” culture of modern sales, feeling that she has to sacrifice her personal well-being and authenticity to maintain her professional success.
Website Usage
Service Evaluation: Sarah visits the “New Leadership” and “Sales Coaching” sections to evaluate if the methodology aligns with her need for emotional intelligence. She checks for specific tools like DISG profiling to ensure the coaching offers the psychological depth she is looking for.
Credibility Research: She spends time on the “About” or “Background” page to verify Simone’s 20+ years of experience. Sarah needs to feel confident that the coach understands the pressures of high-stakes corporate environments and intercultural team dynamics before committing.
Direct Engagement: After reviewing the services, she uses the call-to-action (CTA) to book a discovery call. Her goal is to quickly assess the “human chemistry” and discuss a personalized roadmap for her transition from a top-seller to an empathetic leader.
Goals and Needs
Transition to Mindful Leadership: Sarah needs to develop a leadership style that balances high-performance sales targets with a human-centric approach, ensuring she can lead her new team with both authority and empathy.
Mastery of Emotional Intelligence: Her goal is to acquire actionable tools (such as DISG profiling) to better understand team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively across diverse and intercultural backgrounds.
Sustainable Career Growth: She needs a roadmap for “Sustainable Growth” that allows her to excel in her professional role without burning out, focusing on long-term resilience and a positive growth mindset.
Empathy Map
Says
“I love my job, but I feel like I’m just running on a treadmill lately without moving forward.”
“I want to lead a team, but I don’t want to become one of those cold, ‘numbers-only’ managers.”
“Our communication in the hybrid team is efficient, but we’ve lost the personal connection.
Thinks
Will I be able to handle the pressure of being responsible for other people’s targets?
I’m worried that if I show too much empathy, I’ll be seen as a ‘weak’ leader in this industry.
Is there a way to be successful in sales without feeling completely drained by the end of the week?
Does
Reads leadership books and follows “New Work” influencers on LinkedIn during her commute.
Spends extra hours preparing detailed sales reports to prove she is ready for the next level.
Researches coaching boutiques like YOU2GROW that offer a mix of sales expertise and emotional intelligence.
Feels
Ambitious yet Anxious: She is excited about the promotion but fears failing in a leadership role.
Isolated: Even though she is in meetings all day, she feels a lack of genuine support and mentorship.
Determined: She feels a strong drive to find a coach who “gets it” and can help her grow sustainably.
